VALUES
Four values. States as behaviours.

Integrity
Integrity means we tell a client when they should not hire us. A firm whose business depends on being retained has a structural conflict with honest counsel. We do not have that conflict.
Rigour
Rigour means we do not proceed past the diagnosis until it is complete. The depth of our understanding of your problem is the foundation on which every deliverable stands.
Accountability
Accountability means the named partner is present throughout. Not delegated to. Not represented by. Present — in the room, on the weekly call, answerable to the outcome.
Restraint
Restraint means we do not add scope to justify the engagement. We build what is needed, to the quality required, and we stop. No manufactured extension. No billable-hour incentive to over-deliver.
THE ADVAIT METHOD
Sage first. Creator second. Always.
Understanding earns the right to build.
We diagnose before we prescribe.
Every time, without exception.
Phase 1
Diagnose
The first act of every engagement is to understand the root cause — not the symptom the client names, but the structural condition underneath it. We do not present a proposal until this step is complete.
Phase 2
Build
The team that diagnoses is the team that builds. Fixed fee, named partner, clear deliverables at defined intervals. No handoffs. No bench rotation mid-engagement. First deliverable in 6–8 weeks.
Phase 3
Transfer
The engagement is complete when the client can operate without us. Documentation, capability transfer, embedded knowledge. The test: if we disappeared the day after handoff, would it keep running?
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
The negative list is as important as the positive one.
— We do not sub-contract your critical path to partners who do not know your business.
— We do not take engagements we cannot resource at senior level.
— We do not send junior analysts after the partner signs off.
— We do not tell a client what they want to hear at the expense of what they need to know.
— We do not manufacture reasons to extend an engagement.
— We do not begin with a solution before the diagnosis is complete.
— We do not recommend a technology platform we have a commercial relationship with.
— We do not share client names, scope, or financials without explicit written permission.

The founding story
Why Advait
was built.
I spent years watching the same pattern repeat. A mid-market organisation needed senior-quality thinking — on SAP, on building an India capability centre, on transforming a finance function. They hired a large firm. The partner who sold the engagement was compelling, credentialed, and present for the first two meetings.

Then the bench arrived. Smart people, early in their careers, learning the client’s business on the client’s budget. The partner reappeared at the quarterly review. The transformation stalled. The organisation paid for senior expertise and received junior execution.

Advait was built to end that pattern. Not to compete with the Big 4 on scale — but to serve the organisations the Big 4 model consistently underserves. The partner who pitches the engagement is the one who delivers it. That is the entire model.
ADVAIT INC.
Advait — Sanskrit for non-duality. The name is the philosophy.
The philosophy is the operating model.
